How it is used

Online complaints are saved on the website and transferred to the shop’s service software when it connects. Service staff use these details to handle your request. Customer name, repair status and appliance details can be viewed using the job number and registered mobile number. Status updates

Repair information shows the latest update received from the shop. Updates may be delayed while the shop’s software is offline.
